We started at the base. It’s heavy-duty cast, so it won’t move or break loose. It’s designed to pull heat (heat sync) from the components so there’s less risk of over-heating. The heavy-duty terminal bases are pre-labeled for easy installation. This contactor is pre-wired for plug-and-play connection to Bear Claw winches with a proprietary four-prong plug. This plug can be removed in seconds making it a truly universal contactor for any 2000-3600 lb. ATV winch.
