For all 4 new Piggy Back reservoir shocks I have had manufactured to specific spec for 2009-2014 Polaris RZR 800-S “60 models. These have stronger 5/8 shafts and adjustable preload,and adjustable knobs. These have progressive spring rate specifically designed for RZR 800 S(specs below). Front shocks measure 19-1/4 inches long eye to eye, and rear shocks measure 21-1/4″ eye to eye.
My idea here was to carry a more affordable shock for converting a base model RZR 800 50″trail to a RZR-S(a arms and other needed S conversion parts not included )OR work as replacements for OEM 800-S shocks, and are a big upgrade if you have a 2011 and newer RZR-S that came with the ” Sachs” no reservoir/non adjustable shocks. Please compare/notice the saving on these these compared to other aftermarket shocks like Bandit or Phantom or progressive shocks/prices,or even used Fox Prices .
Spring rate: 175lb front ,and 240lb rear
Length extended eye to eye : 19.5 Front and 21.5 Rear
Shafts are approximately 5/8 and reservoirs are 40mm (1.57 inch)
