I saw a good power increase off this carb too as my old carb was pretty gummed up. With that said, one of the screws on this carb that I need to remove to install throttle was so tight that the screen completely stripped. I had to chisel out the screw to make it a flathead and was finally able to get it off. Its possible this was just an issue with this one screw.
