BESTOOL Manual tire bead breaker loosens tire bead from rim with leverage
Excellent for working on tire without removing the wheel from the tractor rims to small ATV and lawnmower tires. Handles 38in. and 42in. 14-ply tires with drop-center rims
Specific operation:
Step 1??Align the feet of the BESTOOL bead breaker with the bead and rim of the tire. Sometimes the strike plate will need a tap to get into place.
Step 2??Use an air ratchet or manual hand wrench on the set screw to tighten the hook to the inner rim. This will pull the feet in as well in a secure manner against the rim and bead.
Step 3??Use an air ratchet or manual wrench on the top screw to drive the center foot into the bead. The two outside feet will hold to the lip of the rim while you do this to break the bead.
Step 4??Once the bead is broken, retract the center foot. Loosen the set screw to release the hook from the rim.
